Where Sponsorship Dollars Go
Targeted Support for Cadets
Unlike general donations, sponsorships can be directed toward specific programs. Here is what your partnership helps fund:
Competition Travel
Registration fees, transportation, hotel stays, and meals for cadets competing at regional and national academic, drill, and athletic events.
Cadet Scholarships
Annual scholarships awarded to graduating seniors who demonstrate leadership, academic achievement, and commitment to service.
Equipment & Uniforms
Drill rifles, PT gear, dress uniform replacements, and training equipment that the school district and Navy do not cover.
Events & Ceremonies

Is my sponsorship tax-deductible?
Yes. The CNHS NJROTC Parents Club is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. You will receive an official tax-deductible receipt upon payment.

Absolutely. We welcome named sponsorships for the Military Ball, specific competitions, scholarship awards, or any program element. Contact us to discuss.
How long does a sponsorship last?
Standard sponsorships run for one school year (September through June). Renewal is simple - we will reach out before the new year begins.
Can I donate goods or services instead of cash?
Yes. In-kind donations (printing, catering, venue space, equipment, etc.) are welcome and recognized at the equivalent sponsorship tier based on fair market value.
